Seasonal Prices
Our pricing is based on demand, which is highest during the peak travel periods and during school holidays. At Christmas time, the turn of the year, carnival and the Viehscheid, Oberstaufen is particularly in demand as a destination.
The prices are always per night, regardless of the occupancy of the flats. As these are of different sizes, they also vary in price.
The flat Chipp is designed for 2-4 persons. If the apartment is occupied by more than two people, we reserve the right to charge extra. Children up to the age of six stay with us free of charge.
Please note the minimum stay of 3 nights in the low and high season and 5 nights in the peak season.

Environmental bonus
We reward guests who arrive by train or bicycle with a 5 percent discount on the accommodation price. We donate an additional 5 percent to a selected environmental project of the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park Center. The following applies to the environmental bonus: The booking must be made directly through us with reference to the bonus by e-mail and the journey must be documented with a valid train ticket on arrival.
