Seasonal Prices
Our pricing is based on demand, which is highest during the peak travel periods and during the Bavarian school holidays. At Christmas time, the turn of the year, carnival and the Viehscheid, Oberstaufen is particularly in demand as a destination.
The prices are always per night, regardless of the occupancy of the flats. As these are of different sizes, they also vary in price.
The flat Chipp is designed for 2-4 persons. If the apartment is occupied by more than two people, we reserve the right to charge extra. Children up to the age of six stay with us free of charge.
In addition, there is a one-off final cleaning charge of 75 euros and the visitor’s tax, which is levied by the local authority. The total price shown on the booking form is binding.
